Portfolio ABRF NY: Mitaka REVDEST Lofts, Tokyo, 2005

Mitaka REVDEST Lofts was constructed in year 2005 in Tokyo with Japanese collaborated architects, Yasui architects & engineers, and is consisted of reinforced concrete 3 story building with 9 apartments units in approximatly 450sq/m site. ABRF office aimed to explore human potentials through various techniques throughout the building such as critical resemblances, perspective effects, interior landscapes, use of contrasting colors, etc. which were invention of years of research by Arakawa and Gins. Combination of colors and landscaping along with critically resembled objects placed throughout the house creates new perception about the place and one's own self. My task in this project included; development of schematic design and modeling/texturing/rendering 3D images using Autodesk Maya, preparation of schematic drawing using Auto CAD, coordination with collaborated architects, and other related works.
