Mystic
Inn of The 7th Ray project is a self-sustainable environmental
community development in South India, initiated/guided for the next
generation of the new age by a well known spiritual leader of India, Sri
Sathya Sai Baba. He appointed his most trusted disciple, the founder of
the Hard Rock Café, Isaac Tigrett, as a director of the project to lead
the design team. The community is consisted of spiritual
school, water temple, administrative buildings, concert hall, multi-purpose
visitor’s center including restaurant and reception, residential district with
more than 3000 houses, botanical garden, glass house plant museum, transportation
system, power plant with Nano-technology, and other several more innovative
buildings. My responsibility in the project team included, visualization of the community / buildings into 3D presentation images using AutoDesk Maya, schematic design process through the coordination with Isaac to sufficient level of details, final rendering with lighting and texturing, image enhancement through photoshop, coordination with animation artist turning Maya model into animation clips, assisting in animation editing to the final presentation on the website.
